Bawarchi began as a single handi of biryani cooked for the neighbourhood — today it's Bhainsa's go-to address for Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, Mandi and home-style curries. Every order is layered, sealed, and left to cook on dum, exactly the way it's been done for generations.
